1)  Inner Chamber size:Φ1800 x H2000mm,vertical with double door;  equipped with an observation window;

2) Vacuum chamber with doors are Q235B(A3) carbon steel, the inner surface is polished; Chamber internal surface area can be greatly reduced, thus greatly improve the vacuum degree and vacuum purity; Outer surface through the passivation, sanding, painting treatment can improve the surface corrosion resistance and beauty.

3) Equip with 0.6mm stainless steel plate, can be removable and cleaned conveniently;
